Thonda fell in love with San Carlos, Mexico while on vacation there in the late '80s.  She was instantly charmed by the beautiful countryside and the friendly people. The next time she vacationed in San Carlos she knew without a doubt that she would someday live in this wonderful place.  She bought a home overlooking the Bahia in 2000 and vacationed there frequently before finally settling in the area in 2004.  Now she wants to help others find the relaxation and happiness of living in the lovely town of San Carlos.

Thonda was raised in Soda Springs, Idaho where she lived for the first 30 years of her life. She has two children and her hobbies are skiing and fishing and loves most outdoor sports. After moving to Silver City, New Mexico in 1987 Thonda began working for Century 21 Realty selling real estate. Thonda left C21 in 1989 to open a new office with a partner. Thonda sold Hacienda Realty to her partner in 1995, and then purchased the Coldwell Banker franchise. Thonda was consistently rated among the top 5 Realtors in Silver City.

Some of Thonda’s areas of expertise include: Residential homes, new construction, land sales, subdivision sales, commercial sales and property management. Thonda has been selling real estate for 25 years and she loves the business. Thonda was very involved within the Silver City community. She is past President of the Mimbres Regional Arts Council, past President of the Junior 24 Club, past President of the Silver City Regional Association of Realtors and past President of the Western New Mexico Womens Basketball Team Boosters.

 

 

 

Office Manager Hilda Martinez Andrews is a native of Guaymas, near San Carlos.  Hilda has lived and worked in San Carlos for ten years.  Before coming to Encantado Realty she worked at the Marine Mart, where she sold fishing equipment and other boating supplies.  Hilda is bilingual and has extensive knowledge about the San Carlos area.  When not working at the office she spends time with her three children exploring the beautiful open areas around San Carlos.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Luis was born in Guaymas, Sonora and lived his whole life there, except for a couple years he was studying out of town, but still in Mexico. He’s right now studying Computer Systems Engineering in Guaymas, Sonora. He really likes to know new people and he would really enjoy showing you all that San Carlos has to offer. Alberto Gamez Perez, born in Guaymas, Sonora.He resided there for 16 years then moved to study English in San Diego, California.He attended Chula Vista High School and graduated. He then moved to Downey, California where he lived for 8 years.
